CIPA meetings are open to everyone interested in independent publishing. Meetings are held on the third Saturday of September, October, November, January, February, March, April, and May. Meetings begin at 8:00 a.m. with register and continental breakfast followed by small group roundtables or discussion topics lead by experienced CIPA members.

Networking opportunities and the regular meeting program centered on publishing or marketing follows the roundtables. Meetings end at Noon.
